This mentorship program is designed for yoga teachers who have recently completed a 200HR YTT or for those seeking to refine their skills and align their teaching with their unique voice.

 

The program focuses on enhancing confidence, refining teaching techniques, and embodying the dharma of a transformative yoga teacher.

 

Through personalized guidance, actionable feedback, and practical experience, you will gain tools to elevate your teaching, deepen your connection with students, and develop a teaching style that inspires and empowers.

1. Opening Session

• Duration: 90 minutes (one-on-one or group)

• Focus:

• Setting intentions and identifying your personal goals as a teacher.

• Discussing strengths and areas for growth.

• Introduction to program structure and expectations.

2. Weekly Mentorship Calls (6–8 Weeks)

• Duration: 60 minutes per week

• Focus Topics Include:

• Dharma: Weaving meaningful themes into your classes.

• Sequencing: Creating seamless, intentional class flows.

• Adjustments: Hands-on techniques, modifications, and assists.

• Class Environment: Setting the tone with music, props, and energy.

• Student Connection: Building relationships and encouraging engagement.

• Presence: Developing confidence in movement and teaching style.

3. Practice Teaching with Feedback

• Format: Teach live or recorded classes for review.

• Feedback: Luna provides constructive, actionable feedback on:

• Verbal cues and alignment instructions.

• Flow structure and sequencing.

• Energy, presence, and engagement with students.
